Hi there, I've been living in Paonia for about 3 years. I grew up in Denver and have lived in Colorado Springs and Boulder as well.

I've worked as a lymph drainage therapist for about 16 years. It is one of my favorite things to do.
​
In the 80’s and 90’s, I used to race road and mountain bikes. I crashed a lot. Some days the pain of old injuries makes it hard to feel free and easy. Hobbling around in pain is not fun. It's on these days that I remember to slow down and take care of my lymph system. I can't imagine the amount of pain I'd be in if I didn't know about this natural body healing system and I'm very grateful I know a few tricks to support it well.

All these ways to care for the lymph!... lymphatic self-drainage, hot/cold therapy, golden golf ball therapy for feet, dry brushing, trampolining, swinging ..
All these ways, I want to teach to you so that you, too, can get yourself out of a pinch when you need to.
